Project Proposal

- + Phase 1
- Via a phone conference or an in person meeting three weeks before each event, the client will give us a detailed description of what the overall concept for the jersey to be. Within 3 business days a first draft of the front of the piece will be electronically sent to the client. The client will then approve or request revisions and within two business days a new draft will be sent to the client electronically. The client will be allowed two revisions at this stage; additional revisions can be supplied as outlined in the contract. Once approved, we will do a full design of the piece. At this stage the client will be allowed three revisions. Numbers for the back of the jersey will be chosen at random unless specified at the client’s request. When approved the artwork will go into production and the jerseys will be ready for pickup or delivery within ten business days. The client will receive PDF files of the logo created in the process as well as a layout of approved artwork.
- + Phase 2
- After approval and payment the artwork will go into the color correction and setup process. Due to the nature of dye sublimation, extensive color correcting maybe needed depending on complexity of artwork. This process can take one to three business days. If time is allowed a sample of the coloring will be sent to the client for their approval. The artwork will then be sent be printed and pressed, which takes anywhere from one to two business days. After pressing the pieces will be sent to our sewing contractor and will be constructed within three business days.
- +
Per each event a projected balance of $850.00 will be due for each set of 25 jerseys ordered. This does not include additional revisions fees or shipping and handling cost. Additional units and be ordered for $35.00.
Part 3: Payments
- + An initial non refundable deposit of $150 will be due at the initial meeting to begin the creative process. The remaining balance will be due once artwork is approved and before the work order goes to production.
