  • + Can I buy just 1 item?
  • If you are supplying the artwork. We can create the one jersey for you.
  • + When I get InnerSphere to create my jersey or logo, can I get a copy of it?
  • When our artist create a design for you, you are paying just a little extra for specific rights to the artwork as stated in our terms and conditions. We will send you a copy of your logo or artwork in PDF format, but for an electronic copy of the artwork terms with the specific artist must be discuss prior to finalizing the order. Other wise it is at the artist descresion for release of right of said artwork.
  • + When my team places an order and we get some new members a year later, will you still have all our art work and specs on file?
  • Yes, when Teams place orders we keep those specs, such as logos, fonts, jersey layouts, etc... on file for any Re-Orders for at least 2 years. However, we cannot be responsible for artwork lost due to unexpected file corruption or loss of data of any kind.
  • + Are there any extra fees for adding tons of logos all over the place, really long names?
  • No, it is all included
  • + Are there any extra fees for having different names / numbers on each jersey sleeves or fronts.
  • Yes, fronts of jerseys or sleeves are different because of player names, numbers, call signs, then there is an extra $5 fee that option. (The there are no extra charges for different names, numbers, etc... on the back of each jersey).
  • + I do not have anybody that can make our logos in the correct format. Can you make them for me?
  • Yes, we can. It is included in the artwork services we offer when you have InnerSphere design the jersey for you.
  • + How do you ship in the United States?
  • We use FedEx and U.S. Postal Service as our standard shipping method to addresses inside the United States. The customer can choose which FedEx way they would like it shipped: Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, Overnight or Overnight A.M.
  • + How do you ship Internationally?
  • We use U.S. Postal Service for all international shipping. They do have the express shipping which is an option that the customer may choose. Also, please be aware that customs may hold any package for a period of time, so be sure to order the items with plenty of time.
  • + How come your turnaround is faster than anybody else's?
  • We normally have about a two week turn a round when artwork is approved, however, during the busy season (Feb thru April), turn around time can be increased to three weeks.
  • + Are your products made in the USA?
  • Yes, our factory is located in San Diego, California
  • + Are your products durable, reputable?
  • We use an 8oz polyester blend that has proven durable through out the years. As a tournament player myself, I still have my 08 jersey in great condition.
  • + How do your sizes run?
  • Our jerseys sizes run the same as JT jerseys
  • + What artwork do I need to supply? How do I get them to you?
  • If we are designing the jersey for you please submit any concept art to us. If files are too large please submit them using a free online service such as mediafire.com
  • + Can I see a proof of the item before I purchase it?
  • Electronic proofs will be sent to the client during the creative process and a final electronic proof will be supplied before the artwork goes to production. A hard copy proof has a cost of $25 and consist of just the front piece of the jersey.
  • + Warranty & Returns
  • InnerSphere jerseys come with a lifetime warranty from manufacturer defects. This would include sewing and errors that we are at fault of. If you have to return a product do to our error please contact us.
  • + Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If for some reason, a cancellation is needed, the refund amount will be determined the current status of the jersey. In other words, if the order is cancelled and we have yet to begin on it, then the refund will be 100%. But if we have already started working on the design and then the order is cancelled, then we will refund 90%. If we have already printed the order, and a cancellation is still requested, then we can only give 50% back.
